INAM has no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. The only payment is an optional 0.001 USDC per-call check. This page says when we refund it.

What can be refunded

The paid endpoint /v1/x402/check costs 0.001 USDC on Base per call. We refund that amount in USDC on Base, to the address that paid, if:

• you paid and the call returned an error or no answer (any 5xx, a timeout, or a response that is not a check result), or
• you were charged more than once for one call, or
• the payment came from a wallet or agent you did not authorise.

Send the transaction hash, the URL you checked and the time to hello@inamprotocol.org within 30 days. We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days, and send the refund from the payee wallet. The network fee of the refund transaction is ours.

What is not refunded

• A check that returned a result you did not like, including fail or caution. The check reports public signals; a verdict is not a defect.
• A payment sent to the wrong network, wrong asset or wrong address. We cannot reverse on-chain transfers.

Cancellation

There is no account, subscription or recurring charge. Each paid call is a single payment. If paid plans are ever introduced, they will be listed on the pricing page together with their own cancellation and refund terms before anything is sold.

Free services

The registry, the free check, the MCP server and the SDKs are free, so there is nothing to refund. If something is broken, tell us.
